24-hour notice is appreciated and requested if you cannot make your appointment so we can fill your appointment with another client on our growing waitlist. Your appointment is considered a commitment, and there will be a $50 fee to cover the provider’s time if you do not cancel with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Additionally, if you are running late, please let us know. In order to best serve all of our clients without rushing and to give each of you the time and attention you deserve, we will need to reschedule anyone who is more than 10 minutes late. Your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date/time, and you will be subject to a $50 fee.
We understand that things happen, so there will be some discretion given on these fees, but it is important that we all feel that our time is valuable and treat each other accordingly.
